Hannah Muzee, PhD
Director of Monitoring and Evaluation

An Academic and currently a Post-doc Research Fellow in Gender Politics at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. She has consistently built expertise in qualitative research methods and project writing with interests in Gender, Governance and Human Resource Management.

BWISELELO Abedi, PhD
Director of Research and Capacity Building

An international Consultant with strong skills and proven experience in Research and Capacity Building. Also, a Senior Lecturer at the Universities in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Expert at the President’s Office in DRC.

Oyewole Oginni, CFIP
Director of Programme and Projects

Oyewole coordinates proposal development, funding and projects implementation with Associate Consultants and ensure service delivery to our clients. He is also a Technical Advisor at the Africa Union-European Union [AUEUYCH] on the LCB Stabilisation project implemented by Plan Deustchland. Oyewole is about completing his doctoral research on humanitarian urbanism at the University of Bonn, Germany. 

Bafaki Yonnah, PhD
Director of Finance and Administration


Dr Bafaki manages the day-to-day finance of our company, including monitoring development of proposal budget. He has built his expertise in leadership, urban planning, policy analysis, financial management and governance in Africa. Previously, he was Deputy Speaker for Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipality in Uganda (2011-2016). 

Oluwafemi Olamuyiwa, PhD
Director of Associates

Currently serves at the African Union commission and International Organization for Migration, he is a self-driven independent thinker with diverse international relations experience. He has excellent knowledge in management of multi-cultural teams and a special interest in solving humanitarian and migration challenges on the Continent.

Innocent Byaruhanga
Director of stakeholder establishment

Current Assistant Commissioner for Family Affairs under the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development in Uganda. He is proudly a humanities and Policy Analysis expert with 14-year experience in Public Service and stakeholder establishment in Africa.

Mbuga Joseph
Uganda Country Director


Currently working as a Quality Assurance Specialist on a USAID Strategic Information Technical Support (USAID-SITES) Project implemented by Social Scientific Systems Inc. overseeing the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning component of all USAID funded Health Implementing Partners in Uganda. He has interest in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Information Systems, Data Management, Continuous Quality Improvement and Research.
